• Unlike many other stock pick subscription services, we don't hide failed trade records. We are honest and responsible to all viewers.

• We may make price adjustment sometimes to take early profit when W-Bottom or M-Top pattern broken.

• We may chase to enter a position if a gap opening situation happens. The trigger entry price adjustment is $0.05 for stocks between $10 to $20, $0.10 for stocks between $20 to $40, $0.15 for stocks between $40 to $60 and $0.20 for stocks above $60. You will be on your own risk for more loss when chasing to enter a position. We stopped counting these results in the Total Profit and Loss record after December 1, 2002.

• No more stop loss adjustment will be made after December 1, 2002. We will still post a pick here if that pick is stopped within $0.05 price range and the target is reached later. But the pick will not be counted in the Total Profit and Loss record.

• We do not count the option swing trading picks for the total profit and loss because we don't trade them with our full capital.

• This performance record is the result of our stock pick analysis, not our final trading record. To achieve our total profit/ loss results listed on the page, we assume we trade the stock pick that is triggered first and trade one stock at a time with full capital. We suggest to trade the second stock pick only if it is triggered after we have closed the first pick. We do not count the rest of the stock picks in the final profit/loss results if they overlapped the stock picks that we were trading. The stock picks we count for the total profit/loss are in bold type style in the result field.

• We may post some of the stock pick Q & A emails from our visitors and members here for others to understand more about our trading methods.

• It should not be assumed that recommendations made in the future will be profitable or will equal the performance of the securities in this list.

• Your trading result may be different from the result of our stock pick analysis or the results of other member's trading accounts.
